The key to a successful WorkFit installation

If your WorkFit is counterbalanced properly to hold your computer equipment, the system will maintain its height while you work until you are ready to move to a sitting or standing position, which should require just a gentle push or pull to the system to complete.

This video demonstrates the adjustment procedure using the Dual model but these instructions are applicable to all versions of the WorkFit-S.
